I am currently experiencing water damage in my home. I have seen 4 different experts in different fields to asses the damage but they are all selling me wildly different solutions. I finally reached out to Tralon Homes to get a better understanding of how my drainage system works.. Even though my warranty is expired, they not only responded immediately with very detailed information, but have offered to come asses the situation for free in an un-biased manner. They have already shown me why the previous experts are most likely trying to sell me lies and given me a very confident probable cause of the problem.. and if it's true, I'm going to save thousands compared to what I was told before. I now have a much better understanding of the situation and they had no obligation to me whatsoever. I highly recommend these guys for the safety of your next big investment.

We bought a St. Aubyn Home in summer 2017. We love our home, it’s a great value for the money. Lots of nice details included that you just don’t find with other builders. We’ve been very pleased with the overall quality of our home. Tim Lenzmeier, with their warranty department, has been so responsive to our minimal warranty requests. We’ve experienced incredible communication from him: super fast response times, immediate follow up and incredibly kind. Thanks St. Aubyn & Tim!

Our experience with Saint Aubyn has been great. We had our retirement home built at the Estates in Meridian Ranch on July 2017. Coming from overseas, we were very pleased the built was on time. The warranty manager, Luke Loveless has just been phenomenal. He has worked with us every step of the way with taking care of the punch list items. Great customer service! We just love the way our house stands out from the neighborhood. I highly recommend this builder.

Please read all of this. The five stars is for one person I delt with, not the many others who made life miserable. Charles was amazing. He came in and actually did what he said he would do. We had warranty issues that went unsolved for months and half the time I would reach out and the person I was dealing with just vanished. Charles came out and did some of the minor things himself. I knew I was taking a chance with a builder like this, but I had no clue it would require me reaching the end of my patience before someone in this company was actually helpful and kept promises. I like to think I am pretty reasonable, keep in contact and I'll be patient, ghost me and hope I go away, not gonna happen. Thanks again Charles! You were great.

I recently worked as a buyer's agent for the purchase of a property from Tralon Homes. Kristin Bolander was a delight to work with. She toured the multiple options of floor plans with us and helped craft a personalized property for the buyer. He got to pick his color pallette as well as add a gas line for his outside bbq and expand his backyard patio. Kristin made all the tweaks and changes seamless and easy.

We bought our home earlier this year and Mike Cox has been super helpful throughout our process with warranty repairs. He is very communicative and follows up to ensure the work is complete and done right. Most recently he was at our home to follow up on previous repairs, he was not able to be here for the full time, so he sent Shawn Jackson who was also extremely helpful and ensured that all of the different repairs were able to be complete. At the end of the day- they both came by to triple check all things were done and up to par. I appreciate their time and commitment to making sure that our home is 100% up to their high standard, and it goes without saying- our dogs love it when Mike comes by.
