When submitting a new claim, please fill out the “Request New Claim Warranty” form section below to submit your warranty request.

 

All warranty claims must be submitted in written form through our system.

After business hours are Monday-Friday after 5:00 p.m. and weekends. Office hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Please have your Name, Contact Phone Number, Email Address, and Closing Date available.

 

Please note, that if you are outside of your warranty time frame, you must contact your own professional and you will be responsible for all costs associated with your issue.

 

Please be advised, that if you contact your own professional and you are within your warranty period, it is possible that your warrantable expenses will not be covered.

If you suspect a gas leak, vacate your property and call the proper authorities dependent on your area.



If you have locked yourself out of your home, you must contact a locksmith. Tralon Homes does not carry duplicate copies of your home key.

Warranty

Due to our present schedule, our next available appointment for service is three (3) to four (4) weeks out. If it is an emergency or an appointment opens up earlier, we will schedule you sooner.

A member of our Customer Service Team will respond to schedule an appointment for service within (4) four business days once received. Due to research that may be needed, requests for information may require a longer response time. During periods of extreme weather, our response may take up to (6) six business days.

We will continue to promptly respond to emergency issues, defined as:
1. No heat
2. No water
3. No power
4. Water leaks that require shutting off the water to the entire home
5. Security issues, such as an exterior door that fails to function
